Senior Embedded Data Path Software Engineer
Israel
Exaware is looking for a Senior Embedded Data Path Software Engineer to join our R&D team. In this role, you will be part of a highly skilled engineering team developing advanced networking solutions for service providers and data center environments. You will work on hardware accelerated data plane features, from concept through production, while collaborating closely with software, automation and QA teams.

What will you do:
Be part of a team of skilled engineers, sharing technical know-how and development effort.
Develop and integrate hardware-accelerated data plane features using Broadcom DNX ASIC.
Develop features from concept to production, ensuring performance and reliability.
Debug and resolve issues as reported by QA or customers, ensuring timely fixes.
Collaborate with SW, Automation and QA engineers to meet project milestones and deliverables.
Requirements:
At least 7 years as network devices SW developer.
Experience with developing routers or other network elements.
Experience with Router / Switch ASIC – A MUST
Hands on experience in leading development of complex features.
BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
C, C++ proficiency.
Experience with Embedded Linux networking.
HW\SW development and integration of 3rd party HW platform.
Experience working with AI in SW development
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of IP & MPLS networks operation.
Understanding of protocols: BFD, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, RSVP, LDP, SR, VRRP, PIM, IGMP, EVPN.
Working with Broadcom SDK.
Experience with high-availability concepts.
Network Management System (NMS) Software Engineer

Exaware is looking for an NMS Software Engineer to join our R&D team and take a leading role in building our next generation Network Management System.
This is a unique opportunity to be one of the first engineers dedicated to this product line. You will take an AI assisted Docker based proof of concept and help transform it into a robust, scalable and enterprise grade NMS product.
Requirements
• At least 5 years of hands on experience developing complex Network Management Systems or equivalent large scale distributed systems.
• Experience building products from scratch, preferred.
• Strong expertise with Docker, Telegraf, InfluxDB and Grafana.
• Experience building modern DevOps toolchains.
• Proven experience using AI coding assistants and AI tools to accelerate development, automate testing and support security scans.
• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or an equivalent technical degree.
